20-Minute Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
- 12 oz noodles (spaghetti, udon, or lo mein noodles)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse briefly with cool water to stop the cooking.
- While the noodles cook, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Toss the drained noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Divide among bowls and top with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
